Whats Wrong with Ricoh Direct Channel?

I can tell you a few, poor service, I have had customers wait more than a few days for a tech to show up. Employee turnover rate is very high, its quite possible that you will see three or four different people working on your prized mfp system over the years. The salesperson that you saw yesterday may not be there tomorrow and the literacy of workflow solutions is limited at best.

All they want to do is move a box, whatever the cost, in the end they do not care about your workflow, or your business productivity.

I ran across a deal similar to the one that was posted on the P4P Hotel. It too was about 6% over DMAP level 6 pricing. What in the world are they trying to do? I quess we really are in the MFP wars!
