Employee turnover rate is very high, its quite possible that you will see three or four different people working on your prized mfp system over the years. The salesperson that you saw yesterday may not be there tomorrow and the literacy of workflow solutions is limited at best.

All they want to do is move a box, whatever the cost, in the end they do not care about your workflow, or your business productivity.
